How we're doing
We monitor performance across the organisation to see where we’re doing well and where we need to make improvements. Some recent highlights include:
- In 2015/16 we invested over £3 million in energy efficiency works.
- 98% of our emergency, urgent and routine repairs are completed within target time.
- We work hard to archive value for money. Our savings across the group in 2015/16 meant we had money to invest in local communities. £100,000 for a new skate park and £15,000 for community groups.
- We take our responsibility to the environment seriously and are always looking to improve the energy and water efficiency of our homes. Fitting things like condensing boilers, air source heat pumps and 1 solar powered electric storage heater and to our properties. These energy efficiency works save around 998 tonnes of CO2 each year.
We continue to monitor performance and make the results available in a variety of formats. These include Quarterly reports which use a traffic light system to highlight our performance against targets. For the latest report click here. Our annual report summarises our year this can be found here.
